Manufacturing Process
After the steel pipe is manufactured, it is pickled and galvanized according to the customer's requirements. There are generally two kinds of hot dipped galvanized, which are hanging plating, and blowing plating. The process of hanging plating steel pipe has the largest amount of zinc, which can reach more than 500g/m2. The steel pipe of blowing plating is about 300g/m2, while the welded pipe of galvanized strip has the least amount of zinc plating is only 60-150g/m2. The screw thread processing business can be started only after the steel pipe galvanizing is completed. The screw thread processing is made by professional lathe, which requires taper, pitch and thread type. The thread of hot dipped galvanized round pipe can be divided into American standard and British standard, which has 8 teeth or 10 teeth per inch. The two ends of steel pipe are respectively processed with thread turning, and the thread inspection and thread cleaning up. Then the pipe coupling is installed at one end and the plastic cap is installed at another end.
