SBS is the abbreviation for styrene butadiene styrene, which is a block copolymer made of styrene and butadiene. Styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) or transparent SBS is composed of blocks of styrene and butadiene. It is the material of choice for basic materials in various industries such as footwear, adhesives, construction and thermoforming solutions. It is also used for asphalt/asphalt mixing and modification.

The SBS CH1301-1HE grade is one of the most popular grades in the product portfolio. It has a linear structure and a styrene content of 30%. It exhibits the physical form of particles and is mainly used for asphalt modification, waterproofing materials and adhesives.
